Marketing Executive

Qualification :
• Candidate must posses a bachelor degree in Marketing/Business Management/Project Management/Event Management
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, branding, advertising, events
• Knowledge in property development and event management is an advantage
Job Description :
• To assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns for project launches, showcases or any marketing-related events.
• Coordinate the creation of marketing materials including both digital and physical advertising, such as brochures, buntings, digital ads etc.
• Organise, coordinate and oversee on-site set up, branding and event operations.
• Conduct market research on competitors, pricing and industry trends.
• Prepare and manage marketing-related documentations, records and paperwork.
• Perform and support any marketing duties assigned by head of the team.
