Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer loyalty programs to encourage repeat business.
• Handle loyalty program and e-commerce marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, promotions).
• Support e-commerce and in-app delivery promotions to drive user acquisition and retention.
• Assist in managing campaign and event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and value optimisation.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
• Monitor and respond to email, inbox messages and comments across member apps and e-commerce platforms, ensuring high customer engagement and satisfaction.
