Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for property projects (online and offline)
• Coordinate and work with KOLs, influencers and content creators for promotions
• Utilize own network to engage creators for TikTok and social media exposure
• Create, edit and publish short-form marketing videos (TikTok, Reels, Ads)
• Brainstorm creative content ideas and marketing angles to attract buyers and investors
• Track campaign performance (engagement, reach, leads, enquiries)
• Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing
• Preferably has own network of content creators, influencers or media partners
• Strong understanding of TikTok marketing and social media trends
