Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans for property launches, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Produce engaging content across digital channels (social media, email, website, blogs).
• Manage social media platforms and coordinate online promotions.
• Track and analyse campaign performance, generating insights and recommendations.
• Oversee creative assets including visuals, brochures, signage, and presentation materials.
• Support CRM and lead management processes.
• Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
• Assist in organising property events and client engagement activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
