Responsibilities

• Assist Head of Department to drive and champion the overall sales and marketing activities.
• Formulate and execute strategic marketing and sales plans with aim to achieve sales targets.
• Develop, plan and organize sales activities such as road shows, trade fairs, etc to achieve overall objectives.
• Spearhead and carry out product launching inclusive pre and post launch activities.
• Liaise with relevant agencies and carry out Advertising and Promotional (A&P) activities.
• Coordinate with real estate agencies on strategies to achieve sales target and objectives.
• Liaise with mortgages team on loan application.
• Be well versed with digital marketing, market research and product planning.
