Marketing Executive

Role purpose

Support the growth of Happiness Initiative by executing marketing and design work across digital channels and events. This role blends **content, design, and coordination** to ensure our ideas show up clearly, consistently, and on time. You should be comfortable turning content into clean, visually appealing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule marketing content for social media platforms and digital channels
• Design social media posts, stories, and simple motion assets using design tools such as Illustrator, Canva or Figma
• Design basic event collaterals including posters, digital banners, slides, and simple print materials
• Support marketing for product launches, programmes, and events from planning to execution
• Assist with copywriting for captions, EDMs, landing pages, and product descriptions
