Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• To conduct feasibility study, market intelligence research, analyzing demands, trend and pricing
• To conduct regular market research into the latest property trends including making study tours to latest development and to furnish a monthly report together with pictures of the development visited to the management
• Assist superior in design development of projects including design briefs, recommending innovative or latest trend and review all design in the draft building plans
• Assist superior for the conceptualization and the review of all marketing and branding collaterals to ensure consistent delivery of brand message and the effective communication of the design intent of each project to the target markets
• Follow up with Ministry of Housing matter, eg : application of developer license, advertising permit , renewal of advertising permit & developer license, Borang 7F submission, update project status
