Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a
dynamic
and
commercially driven
Marketing Executive to
support the growth of our masstige beauty portfolio across multiple channels
. This role will take on ownership of
executing brand strategies
and
driving consumer engagement
to grow market share whilst working closely with sales and key retail partners to drive channel growth and sellout performance across online (via key E-Commere platforms) and offline (via our MBS accounts including Sephora and modern trade).
Job Responsibility:
1. Product & Portfolio Management Manage product assortment, lifecycle planning, and SKU optimisation to support brand growth and productivity.
Support new product launches through planning, forecasting, pricing, and market execution.
Conduct competitor analysis and identify market opportunities.
2. Brand Strategy & Campaign Leadership Execute integrated marketing campaigns across retail, digital, and e-commerce channels.
