**Key Responsibilities**

+ Plan and execute marketing strategies and related marketing activities.
+ Create catalogs, manuals, and promotional materials for new products by leveraging digital marketing initiatives.
+ Partner with the sales team to support customers at their sites
+ Explain the operation and usage of analytical instruments and related software to customers.
+ Conduct laboratory-based demonstrations for users.
+ Provide on-site operational training during product delivery and installation.
+ Respond to technical inquiries related to instruments, software, and applications.
+ Translate and create product documentation.
+ Conduct internal training programs.
