Marketing & Growth Manager (Academy)

The Marketing & Growth Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to drive awareness, lead generation, enrolment, and engagement for ISCA Academy’s programmes.

This role works closely with programme, sales, and digital teams, and plays a key role in supporting revenue growth and strengthening ISCA Academy’s brand positioning within the professional education and training landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline channels to drive programme awareness and enrolment
