About the Role

We're looking for a proactive Marketing & Growth Operations Manager to join our team at Roofs in a Box, supporting a Florida-based roofing and home improvement company known for premium roof systems.

In this role, you'll manage and track marketing campaigns across multiple channels: cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn, Facebook, and paid ads while maintaining CRM systems (GoHighLevel and JobNimbus). You'll coordinate with marketing partners, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions to boost growth.
