Marketing Implementation Specialist

NeoWork is looking for a Marketing Implementation Specialist to support a fast‑growing US‑based group that builds and scales go‑to‑market systems for software startups. This role is hands‑on and focused on execution. You’ll take a defined GTM strategy and turn it into action, running the day‑to‑day marketing operations that drive measurable results.

The ideal candidate has strong B2B experience, excellent English, and is comfortable working in organized, outcome‑driven environments. This role favors candidates based in Colombia, especially Medellín.
