We are hiring for a Lifecycle & CRM Lead in the Marketing hub in Singapore
Purpose: Own CRM channel strategy and execution, driving personalized, data-driven communications that engage customers and support business objectives across markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead CRM strategy across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels
- Manage CRM team including campaign developers and lifecycle marketers
