The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the hotel's brand awareness, drive revenue growth, and position the property as a leading luxury destination in Cancún.
This role oversees digital marketing, branding, PR, advertising, and promotional campaigns while ensuring alignment with the hotel's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the hotel's luxury positioning, dining outlets, spa, events, and guest experiences.
- Maintain and strengthen the hotel's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels (website, social media, print, etc.).
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adjust strategies accordingly.
