It develops marketing strategies, education programs, and campaigns to boost the adoption of BD's continence solutions. The position requires close collaboration with global, regional, and local teams, as well as clinical, medical affairs, and market access functions, to meet commercial objectives and establish BD as the market leader. Success relies on strong influencing skills, ownership, resilience, agility, sense of urgency, entrepreneurial leadership, and the ability to build effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
