Salary & Benefits

  • Probation salary: 120,000 CFA francs per month

    • Commission

  • Commission starts after the first month of employment
  • Commission rate: 5 CFA francs per unit
  • Commission is paid only after the customer’s payment is received
  • Probation period: 3 months

    • After probation

  • Salary adjusted based on performance and capability
  • Average package: around 150,000 CFA francs per month + 5 CFA francs per unit commission
  • Phone allowance: 15,000 CFA francs per month

    • Job Responsibilities

  • Make daily phone calls to contact and follow up with customers
  • Visit customers regularly to maintain good relationships
  • Occasional business travel may be required
  • Arrange and follow up on product delivery to customers
  • Handle other tasks assigned by the company
