Position Overview

The Marketing Manager at Earth Rated is a strategic individual contributor role sitting at the centre of the marketing team, with full ownership of go-to-market execution across Earth Rated's grooming and clean-up product categories. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role is the connective tissue of the brand, responsible for building and holding together the annual brand plan, ensuring every team, channel, and campaign is working from the same strategic playbook and showing up consistently at every consumer touchpoint.

This is fundamentally a brand planning and go-to-market execution role. The Marketing Manager is expected to bring rigorous planning discipline, a strong understanding of integrated brand communications, and a proven ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams around a shared calendar and commercial objective.
