Position Overview

Join Beedie Industrial’s fast-paced development division in our Toronto office as a Marketing Manager, Industrial. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Senior Director, Industrial Marketing, and collaborate with the broader Industrial Sales and Marketing teams to drive sales and marketing efforts across all industrial projects in our active Ontario markets.
This role is ideal for a strategic, hands‑on marketing leader who thrives in a dynamic, high‑impact environment. You will own project marketing execution throughout the sales and leasing cycles, manage targeted industrial marketing and communications initiatives, oversee budgets, and lead day‑to‑day marketing operations.
