They are hiring a Marketing Manager to own digital marketing execution across SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), content optimization, and social media. This is an execution-led role, not a strategy-led one. The Marketing Director already has the overarching strategy in place and is genuinely invested in mentoring the right candidate into greater ownership over time.
