What You'll Be Doing
Strategic Planning & Brand Management
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with Tissot's global
direction while adapting to Malaysia's competitive watch market
landscape. - Strengthen brand positioning as an accessible Swiss watch brand withstrong sporting heritage and contemporary appeal.
- Drive consistent brand messaging across retail boutiques, shop-in-shops,e-commerce, and digital platforms.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities (mid-to-premium watch segment) to identify growth opportunities.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Lead integrated 360° campaigns across digital, social media, retail, mall
activations, partnerships, PR, and events. - Localize global launches (e.g., key collections, sports partnerships, limitededitions) to maximize impact in Malaysia.
