Role Description
Plan and manage all marketing, advertising, publicity and promotional events for the Group's brands according to VG guidelines.
Define customer centric marketing strategies, process and procedures for promotions and brand initiatives,
Manage budget and set direction for the brand to achieve financial and business objectives.
Support the Brand's Business Goals.
Support the CRM and build the base of VIP customers.
Key Performance Indicators
Achieve Brand(s) sales and profitability.
Achieve targeted media coverage (KPI : Editorial coverage - number of pages & dollar value)
Events and Promotions (KPI : execute events/promotions as per plan)
Reports submission deadlines and 100% reports accuracy
