Role Description

• Plan and manage all marketing, advertising, publicity and promotional events for the Group's brands according to VG guidelines.
• Define customer centric marketing strategies, process and procedures for promotions and brand initiatives,
• Manage budget and set direction for the brand to achieve financial and business objectives.
• Support the Brand's Business Goals.
• Support the CRM and build the base of VIP customers.

Key Performance Indicators

• Achieve Brand(s) sales and profitability.
• Achieve targeted media coverage (KPI : Editorial coverage - number of pages & dollar value)
• Events and Promotions (KPI : execute events/promotions as per plan)
• Reports submission deadlines and 100% reports accuracy
