Marketing Manager

We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead and deliver roadshows, marketing campaigns, and on-ground activations to support sales performance and brand visibility. This role oversees campaign strategy, execution, and performance, working closely with Sales teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure impactful and well-coordinated marketing initiatives across our developments.
Your Key Accountabilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, property launches, and roadshows to achieve sales and branding objectives.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and timely campaign execution.
Review and approve advertising materials, promotional collaterals, and marketing communications to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
