Mortenson Development Inc. (MDI) is currently seeking a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for elevating MDI's National brand and positioning as a leading commercial real estate developer and investor. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands on marketer who thrives operating as an individual contributor in a fast paced team environment. The right candidate brings strong storytelling, content/digital marketing, and project management skills.
Partnering closely with leadership, capital markets, developers, and construction teams, you will translate complex development concepts into clear, customer focused messaging that resonates. As a one person marketing department, you will own a broad range of responsibilities, from managing multiple RFPs and pursuits to producing website content, social media, and client presentations to win projects and build our brand nationwide.
