Job Overview:
To develop and execute an integrated marketing and brand strategy across CDL, CDL Clean and KLOKIT that drives revenue growth, strengthens market positioning, improves brand visibility, and supports the companies' strategic expansion plans. The role will align marketing with business development, sales, operations and leadership objectives. Must Work closely with: Sales, Operations, Finance, HR.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
• Develop annual group marketing strategy aligned to business targets
• Create brand positioning for each company
• Define target customer segments and value propositions
• Develop campaign calendars for all brands
• Prepare and manage marketing budget
