Are you a creative, commercially minded marketer who loves retails and understands what makes customers walk into stores? Bath & Body Works Singapore is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead local marketing initiatives, translate campaigns into strong in-store performance, and grow our customer base across generations. This role plays a key part in attracting younger customers, retaining loyal VIPs, and driving measurable sales through local activations and lease line marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Retail Marketing

• Develop and execute Singapore-focused marketing strategies that translate brand campaigns into store traffic and sales performance.
• Plan and manage an annual marketing calendar aligned with commercial objectives, peak trading periods, and mall activities.
