**Essential job Responsibilities**

**Objectives:**

Supporting the business to spot, shape and deliver opportunities to meet the short- and long-term business vision and PCIO France goals while driving sustainable growth through data-driven insight, customer-centric marketing, winning innovation beyond product, and flawless execution. Engaging with KOL, scientific societies, ministry of health to build plan to increase awareness and adoption of PCIO (Imaging, Physiology & Orbital).

**Responsibilities:**

+ Operationalize PCIO plan revenue & Divisional Margin achievement
+ Achievement of market share goals and value maximization for all PCIO product areas
+ Effective development and implementation of marketing strategies and activities throughout France.
