Job Description

- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new beverage launches, seasonal offerings, and limited-time promotions.
- Develop product positioning, value propositions, key messages, and marketing narratives that resonate with target consumers.
- Plan and execute 360° integrated marketing campaigns across social media, influencer marketing, paid media, CRM/app marketing, PR, partnerships, and offline activations.
- Manage end-to-end product launch timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Coordinate with Product Development, Operations, Supply Chain, and Growth teams to ensure successful product launches and promotional execution.
- Work closely with Creative and Social Media teams to develop campaign concepts, content, and marketing materials.
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, competitor activities, and social sentiment to identify opportunities and risks.
