• Proven Track Record: At least 3 years of hands-on experience driving high-volume growth for D2C/eCommerce beauty or lifestyle brands.
• Scale Mastery: Demonstrated success managing and scaling monthly budgets ranging from $50K to $6-figures, with a focus on sustainable ROAS and LTV.
