Marketing Manager

Salary Package: Php 30, commission

Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing and business development initiatives to generate new clients, expand existing accounts, and support overall revenue growth. The role requires a strong background in manpower operations, client acquisition, proposal development, and field marketing activities. The position is based on-site in Makati with regular client visits and field work.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to promote manpower and recruitment services.
• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through field work, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations, and client visits to build and maintain strong business relationships.
• Prepare, customize, and present proposal letters, service agreements, and client presentations.
