JOB DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of brand-aligned marketing campaigns, managing creative teams to produce content, while balancing strategy, data, budgets, and deadlines to drive business goals.

S/he will act as the bridge between creative vision and business values, turning ideas into high-impact assets through planning, trend analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to boost engagement and conversions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., digital ads, print, social media, email, etc.).

Define campaign goals (KPIs) and report on performance/ROI to the CEO.

Manage the marketing calendar to ensure consistent brand presence throughout the year.
