The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager – Retention to lead the development and execution of patient lifecycle and retention strategies across our national network.

This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will own the retention roadmap end-to-end—from insight to strategy to execution—ensuring our communications are relevant, engaging, and deliver measurable outcomes across patient loyalty, reactivation, frequency, and lifetime value.

This is a 12-month maternity cover contract, ideal for a retention leader who thrives in a fast-paced, data-rich environment and enjoys collaborating across a multi-location healthcare organisation.
