- Achieve the marketing goals for field crop seed business including quantitative targets like sales, market share, profitability, and qualitative targets like competitiveness of Syngenta FC business, brand establishment, etc.
- Provide marketing insight for new product development and new product evaluation
- Lead and manage annual cycle of HPC forums, 5YP discussion, NPL, etc…
- Strong collaboration with P&S and cross function to ensure the product launching timeline, accurate & timely advertising & promotional materials following the New Product Introduction (NPI) process
- Support implementation of annual and mid-term advertising and promotion program. Monitor the marketing budget of FC Seed
- Strong collaboration with the sales and MD team in executing seasonal campaigns and identifying ways to improve for coming seasons.
