+ Develop, optimize and implement the Annual Marketing Plan of Botox in Tx.

+ Engage KOL to ensure strong brand endorsement from KOLs.

+ Monitor market trends, competitive environment and customer insight as well as brand performance to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.
