1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Identify target segments, define value propositions, and craft positioning strategies.
• Plan annual marketing roadmaps, budgets, and campaign calendars.
• Work closely with business development teams to drive lead generation and pipeline conversion .

2. Demand Generation & Campaign Management

• Design and implement multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, partnerships) to generate qualified leads.
• Track campaign performance (leads, conversions, ROI) and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness.
• Optimise marketing funnels across awareness, engagement, and conversion stages.
• Collaborate with sales/BD teams to ensure alignment between marketing and revenue outcomes .
