Full-time. Reporting to the Communications Strategist, the Marketing Manager executes the communications strategy including but not limited to brand development opportunities, coordinates graphic design and digital assets, moderates social media, follows up on marketing initiatives for AIMA, and provides marketing support for our affiliated businesses, including Shelly’s Indigenous Bistro.

Key Responsibilities

AIM Marketing

• Implements AIMA’s marketing strategies and communication plans.
• Develops brochures, posters, videos, digital content, and workshop materials.
• Moderates AIMA’s social media presence (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, website updates).
• Promotes AIMA’s services, programs, training, workshops, & corporate responsibility programs.
• Produces culturally respectful storytelling and community-focused content.
• Tracks engagement analytics and adjust strategies as needed....
