Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations and performance of our listings on Foodpanda Booky, GrabFoods, andother relevant delivery platforms.
- Ensure all menus, product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate and up-to-date across all platforms. Coordinate with internal teams for changes.
- Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketing initiatives offered by Foodpanda, Booky and GrabFoods. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights.
- Regularly monitor key metrics such as sales, order volume, customer ratings, delivery times, andcancellation rates. Identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Act as the primary liaison for resolving operational issues, order discrepancies, or customer complaints escalated from the platforms. Work closely with store operations to ensure quick andeffective solutions.
