Responsibility

  • Manage social media content operations by generating creative ideas, conducting copywriting and proofreading, and collaborating with vendors on design concepts and modifications.
  • Engage in event planning and preparation, including marketing material design and production, souvenir design, communicate with internal teams and vendors on event related arrangements.
  • Response for video filming, editing and photo shooting, able to do basic photo adjustment and video editing.
  • Manage vendor sourcing and registration, screen and assess marketing agencies, vendors, venue management and suppliers for various marketing services.
  • Manage the store-in and out record, keep proper documentation for gift record, etc.
