Job Description
Key Responsibilities
-Manage and create content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
-Design and execute email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp
-Promote and recruit for our Referral Partner Program (freelancers who earn by referring clients)
-Reach out to and collaborate with potential business partners (e.g., real estate, marketing firms, etc.)
-Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements
-Developing marketing materials (brochures, graphics, presentations)
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
-At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing or content creation
-Hands-on experience with Mailchimp or similar email platforms
-Skilled in using Canva or other basic design tools
-Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
