Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Operations & Automation Specialist to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. As a Marketing Operations & Automation Specialist you will support platform operations, user enablement, campaign execution, governance, and continuous innovation while partnering closely with Demand Generation, CRM, Digital, and broader Marketing stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, user adoption, and data‑driven customer engagement across the enterprise.

• User Enablement, Onboarding & Ongoing Platform Support
  Lead the development, management, and continuous improvement of scalable user onboarding, training, and enablement programs for new and existing platform users. Provide timely support for platform-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and operational guidance to ensure high user adoption, platform utilization, and service quality.
