Roles and Responsibilities

Schedule and oversee grassroots marketing events and local partnerships on a weekly basis to drive membership leads

Meet or exceed monthly lead generation goals through in-studio and organic marketing initiatives

Manage the studio’s social media presence, including creating posts, fostering engagement, and developing content

Track and report lead KPIs and review performance monthly with the studio owner

Oversee daily studio operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional service

Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager, Head Coach, and Studio Owner to maintain overall studio health and profitability
