Job Responsibilities

• Manage communication between Sales & Marketing team to ensure all are aligned with product delivery strategy.
• Build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Conduct internal and market analysis to identify key areas of growth for new products.
• Help build and improve resilient internal processes that will allow the business to scale quickly.
• Issuing invoices and airway bills to customers and counterparts.
• Reply to customer inquiries via email and on social media platforms.

Requirements

• Must have knowledge of appropriate software including Ms word, excel, power point, google etc.
• Possess at least Nitec education
