                    Job Description  Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success 
Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines 
Lead and manage the User Reach team to complete delivery and publish tasks efficiently and accurately. 
Responsible for the growth of new users and transaction conversion. 
Responsible for product optimization and operational management of the company's outreach tools, including email, announcement, push notifications, etc. 
Develop usage rules to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards while balancing user experience and business value.
