The Role:

You will be responsible for the operational heartbeat of our marketing and venture initiatives.

• Partner directly with the CEO and COO to operationalize strategic goals — transforming high-level objectives into project plans, measurable KPIs, and trackable outcomes.
• Drive company-wide performance: Support growth objectives — increasing client count, expanding partnership deals, improving retention, and scaling MRR.
• Own accountability: Hold team members responsible for deliverables, deadlines, and measurable results. Ensure every department is aligned, reporting clearly, and following through. Knowing every detail of all given projects at any given moment, and serve as the “go-to” for all other members.
