Marketing Operations Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Operations manager to play a crucial role in driving the transformation and operation excellence of the BDR team and partner MDF attribution. This IC role will report to Sr Director, Marketing Business Strategy, and partner with head of BDR and VP of Partner Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Supports reporting and operations for a growing BDR team.
  • Act as system admin for BDR productivity tools.
  • Provides day-to-day operational support to head of BDR teams, including monitoring and triaging leads follow up.
  • Troubleshoots and diagnoses process and system issues that block timely lead follow up and BDR performance attribution. Partners with Marketing automation and IT for issue resolutions.
  • Document BDR business process, provides new hire BDR onboarding support and ongoing enablement and training to BDRs.
