Marketing Operations Specialist

This is a remote position; however, candidates must be based in Colombia.

The Marketing Operations Specialist supports the global marketing team by ensuring marketing systems, data, and processes operate efficiently and reliably. This role focuses on optimizing marketing technology, maintaining data integrity, and enabling data-driven decision-making across marketing and sales.

The position plays a key role in supporting scalable growth by improving workflows, reporting, and system integrations across the marketing tech stack.
