Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1.Consumer Care & Complaint Management
- Monitor and manage consumer complaints (social & call channels), ensuring timely response and escalation.
Coordinate with QA, Marketing, agencies, and authorities; manage defect cases in ETQ until closure.
Marketing Operations & Payment Support
Create and track PR/PO and Internal Orders (SAP); maintain documentation and reporting.
Support trade letters, sales circulars, and commercial execution updates.
Pricing & Governance
Set up and maintain SKU pricing; manage price updates across product lines.
Conduct pricing audits and support statutory submissions and compliance reporting.
Marketing & Sample Coordination
Manage product sample requests, competitor procurement, and SEA shipments.
