Marketing Operations Specialist - Marketing (Start ASAP)

A Marketing Operations Specialist will manage promotional in-app features, campaign execution, and coordination with teams in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Set up day-to-day promotional in-app feature settings including Landing Pages, Banners, Pop-ups, Reward cards, and Notifications.
• Work on promotion prerequisites such as user lists, user segments, campaign rewards, and microsites.
• Handle permit applications and approvals (e.g. DTI, ASC) and ensure adherence to recommendations and requirements for permissions granted.
• Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns.
• Handle investigation and coordination for promo and campaign disputes.
• Liaise with the Regional and Product Team for bugs and errors.
• Manage the setup, schedule, and monitoring of content on social media and other content management systems.
