Marketing Operations Support

Required Qualifications & Experience
Education
· Bachelor's degree Holder ,preferably Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Experience
· Min 3 years experience in:
· Marketing operations, commercial operations, or business support roles
· FMCG / Consumer Goods environment preferred
· SEA or multi-country operational experience is highly desirable
· Hands-on exposure to customer hotline, pricing, PO/PR processes, and system governance
Skills & Competencies
· Strong operational and execution discipline with high attention to detail
· Solid understanding of:
· SAP or similar ERP systems
· Pricing governance and audit requirements
· Excellent stakeholder coordination skills across functions and countries
· Able to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
· Comfortable handling consumer complaints and sensitive cases
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
