Marketing Operations Virtual Assistant

We're hiring a detail-driven Marketing Operations Virtual Assistant to support leadership by maintaining systems, protecting data integrity, and coordinating marketing execution.

This role serves as the operational backbone of the marketing function — keeping workflows stable, data clean, and projects moving.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain the day-to-day health of Salesforce, Zapier, WordPress, reporting systems, and internal AI tools
• Troubleshoot Tier 1–2 system and workflow issues
• Monitor data accuracy, lead attribution, and reporting integrity
• Support website updates and automation workflows
• Manage inbox/calendar triage and coordinate vendor follow-ups
• Track open items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
